Wreaths for Veterans | Community Spirit

There are many opportunities for you to help with this great project.  Your participation in any or all of these events will be greatly appreciated.

Preparing Wreaths:

Monday and Tuesday, November 8th and 9th, from 9:30 a.m at Veterans' Museum off Airport Road volunteers will fluff wreaths, add bows and plastic ID's.
Refreshments and a light lunch will be served.

Placing Wreaths:

Wednesday, November 17th, Maple Hill Cemetery, 9:30 a.m.
Thursday, November 18th, Valhalla Cemetery, 9:30 a.m.

Wreath Ceremony:
You are invited to be a part of special ceremonies where all veterans will be honored.  There will be simultaneous wreath laying-ceremonies at over 300 locations across the USA, 18 countries across the world and on the seven seas.
Saturday, December 11th at Maple Hill Cemetery 11:00 a.m.

Removal of Wreaths and Storing:

Tuesday, January 4th, 9:30a.m., Maple Hill
Wednesday, January 5th, 9:30 a.m., Valhalla
