Baby born on sidewalk in front of hospital | News
HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF)- A mother gave birth to a baby right in front of Huntsville Hospital Tuesday morning.
Emergency crews were dispatched to the intersection of Franklin Street and Governors Drive around 8 a.m. for a call of a woman in labor.
Before she could be taken into the hospital, the baby was born on the sidewalk.
For legal reasons, the hospital cannot release the gender of the baby, but a spokesperson said the mother and child are doing fine at Huntsville Hospital.
