Paul Ryan makes stop in Huntsville | News
HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF)- Vice Presidential candidate Paul Ryan made a stop in Huntsville Friday for a private fundraiser.
Ryan's plane landed around 10:15 a.m. at the Huntsville International Airport.
Ryan gave a quick wave to people in attendance before getting into a black SUV.
Ryan will be speaking at a GOP fundraiser at the Von Braun Center. The event starts at 11:30 a.m. Admission is $1,000 and it costs $5,000 to have your photo taken with Ryan.
While Ryan attended the fundraiser, his children received a tour of the Space and Rocket Center and Space Camp.
Huntsville is the only city in Alabama Ryan will be visiting.
