Civil suit filed by former congressman dismissed | News

Court records show a lawsuit filed by former congressman Parker Griffith has been dismissed. Griffith sued his campaign manager Barbara Nash, claiming she couldn't account for the money he provided for the campaign.

Attorneys for Nash and Griffith filed a joint stipulation for dismissal in October.

Griffith lost his congressional seat to Mo Brooks.
