HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF)- A Madison County judge ruled dance studio owner Ann Brown must provide shuttle service for her students.
Neighbors living in the Gwyn Home Site Subdivision filed a lawsuit against Brown. That lawsuit stated patrons of Ann's Studio of Dance parked cars on the street blocking driveways and making it difficult for emergency crews to get through.
The order signed by Judge William Bell states Brown must provide shuttle service and a meeting place for parents outside of the Gwyn Home Sites Subdivision.
Parking by employees, staff, vendors, parents and others will be limited to the 18 parking spaces on the studio property.
Drivers will no longer be allowed to turn left from the studio on to Whitesburg Drive.
The order also states the Court expects the City of Huntsville to monitor and enforce the conditions.
