HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF)- Huntsville Police picked up one of the two Crossroads shooting victims who ran from the hospital wearing only a hospital gown.

Terrence Rogers left the hospital around 11 a.m. Friday. Police said they went to the hospital to serve warrants that would lead to his arrest.

When Rogers learned of police presence, he left. A short foot pursuit ensued.

Police caught him shortly after in front of the Huntsville Library.

He was arrested and charged with shooting into an occupied vehicle, obstruction of justice and resisting arrest.

Rogers and Marcus Anders, 30, were shot on the second floor of Crossroads Music Hall during a Rich Homie Quan concert early Thursday morning. Police said Anders was treated and released from Huntsville Hospital, but Rogers' injuries were said to be more serious.

Police have identified a suspect in the shooting as Travis Glenn Elton Allen. Investigators said the gunman fired his weapon at Rogers inside the club, and Rogers returned fire, and accidentally shot Anders.
