Westlawn student gets to be principal for a day | People

A student at Westlawn Middle School got to be principal for a day.

Gerirod Tiller, an 8th grader, was awarded the role of principal for a day as part of Westlawn’s monthly literacy challenge.

Tiller made the morning announcement, patrolled the hallways, participated in teacher observations and implemented the rule of the day: students got a 15 minute recreation time during the last class period.
