- keeping the state FSA committee informed of local administrative area conditions
- recommending needed changes in farm programs
- participating in county meetings as necessary
- performing other duties as assigned by the state FSA committee.
Lasater will join Noel Brown of New Market and Jeff Webster of New Hope. The committee members held their organizational meeting on December 6 at 9:00 AM at the local FSA Office at 819 Cook Ave. Rm123. Meetings are open to the public. The county committee chairperson and vice-chairperson was selected at this meeting. Mr. Noel Brown will serve as Chairperson, and Mr. Lee Lasater will serve as Vice-Chairperson.
